Sweet and Pink with Cute Little Bubbles: Chicago Date Ideas

Although she is sweet, pink, and cute, unfortunately I am not talking about The Bachelor’s winner, Emily. I absolutely heart her. Isn’t she just adorable?!

So now that the most “exciting rose ceremony EVER” is officially over, what’s a Chi City girl to do now? Well I know just the thing and it is sweet and pink with cute little bubbles.  It is called Pink Moscato at Hub 51. This is the ONLY place in the entire United States to serve this Australian sparkling wine. And best of all it’s on tap. Bubbles on draft? That is exactly what I said. Delicious, bright and bounces right off the tongue.

It also compliments their half priced sushi from 4:00 – 6:00 PM every weekday. Although not a Japanese restaurant, Hub 51 has aaaammmaaazing rolls. Fresh and light and beautifully displayed. I personally cannot get enough of the Tuna and Thai Basil. Yum.

Maybe GNO (Girls Night Out) isn’t your thing and you are looking for GNI (girls night in).  Get with the lingo here kids. Since Hub is the only place you can get your filthy paws on Pink Moscato by Innocent Bystander, we will just have to be creative.
Serve your own pink drinks at home. Don’t these frothy champagne cocktails and whimsical, red and white striped straws make you giggle? Any rose sparkling wine will do!
Or just get the whole kit and kaboodle. Sofia champagne comes in darling mini cans with their very own bendy straws. Love. You can find these at a little place I like to call Jewel-Osco, as well as several other liquor stores.
So whether you get the rose in life or not, a woman always needs her girls. And there’s just nothing better than pink little bubbles to go along with them.

Xx.
