Holiday Gift Guide Under $25 2011

Hello darlings. With all the Secret Santas and gift exchanges this season, I find myself trying to find the perfect gift without breaking my Christmas spending budget. Although gift cards are nice, there is nothing better than unwrapping something so unexpectedly fabulous. Here are my tried and true top 5 most successful gifts, all under $25!

1. Chanel Nail polish: $25
Anything with the “Chanel” label is enough to make a girl swoon. Put this on your nails and you will instantly feel glamorous. These little bottles are carried at the Chanel makeup counter at any of your major department stores. Don’t forget to ask for the complimentary gift wrapping, which is absolutely gorgeous. I am completely smitten with their fall collection color, Graphite…perfect for the holidays and spilling over into the New Year.

2. Lululemon Headband: $9 – $12
One of the chicest athletic brands out there, Lululemon has high quality products that are fashionable at the same time. These headbands are such a cute accessory and help keep your hair out of your face while working up a sweat. Their infamous red retail bags are just as adorable. Simply stuff with tissue paper and you are ready to give!

3. ASOS – Pieces Fatima Tiger Earrings: $10.91
As seen on a blog holiday gift guide (which I cannot remember for the life of me!), I recently ordered these beauties for a Secret Santa party I have coming up. Don’t they look so luxurious? A bit on the wild side and you can’t beat the $10.91 price tag (includes tax and shipping!).

4. Birchbox – 2 Month Trial: $20
For the friend who has everything! For only $10 a month (includes shipping, tax, etc.), receive a box of 4 luxury sized beauty samples, wrapped and delivered straight to your door. Give your friend the gift of two for only $20. Always a surprise, it is exciting to see what you get and try new products. If you would like to read some of my personal Birchbox reviews, click here.

5. Scratch Off Lottery Tickets: $1 – $10
The possibility you could strike it rich, makes these small priced items so fun! I promise the receiver will not be able to wait longer than 5 minutes before digging in her purse for a dime. The best part is you can spend as little or as much as you want. Found at your local grocery store or gas station, I like the holiday themed scratch offs, which are perfect for the Christmas season. Stick on a bow and call it a day. Good luck!
