Happy Monday loves!
How was every one’s weekend? Mine was full of cocktails, bar food and wonderful company…which has left me feeling quite bloated and ugghhh. Does this ever happen to you? My guilty conscious has completely taken over and I am in full health mode. Especially since bikini season is right around the corner!

I am taking the usual guidelines of getting in the proper mind set, but being healthy can be so expensive! So here is my game plan of staying on track, without breaking the bank.
- Be materialistic: Buying some cute workout gear gets me excited to put it on and show it off…which gets my booty to the gym! I just bought these fab new kicks on sale for $69.90 at Nordstroms. Love.
- Be different: Doing the same workout routine on a daily basis is such a buzz kill. To mix things up, I just purchased this set of yoga classes from Groupon, which comes out to only $3/class. Don’t want to spend the extra money? Several places offer free trials to new clients such as Core Power Yoga, TruHarmony Yoga and Equinox.
- Plan your meals: I am loving these “Ten Meals For Under$50” by The Everygirl. It even provides a printable grocery list. SO excited to try this!
- Cleanse: I have never fasted or done a juice cleanse, but I am REALLY toying with the idea. Has anyone done one before? I am very interested. I really like the sound of this 3 day plan by Cooler Cleanse. I hear the juices are yummy and they number each one in the order to take. The only problem is these are SO expensive. So I signed up for the mailing list and following them on Twitter and Facebook to be notified of any great deals!
What do you do to get healthy? How do you stay motivated? Any tips on how to keep costs down? I REALLY need all the help I can get ladies!
xoxo

I feel like I need guidance on this! Haha.
I feel the same way pretty much every monday. Did you ever try bikrim yoga? … amazing!
Keep meaning to start a plan but never get there! Great post:) Have a good week!

I love this – right up my ally! Nike shoes are the best – bright feet make me run faster 🙂
I’m really missing the dance class that I taught before we moved… but I’ve been keeping active by walking the pup several miles a day.
The free Yoga classes are intriguing – thanks for the tips!
OMGoodness. I need tips too. Particularly on how to stay motivated!! I manage to get by 3/4 of the day and then the hubs brings a tasty snack to bed and I’m done in! I’m SO with you on buying new workout stuff! That’s super fun. I’ve never tried a cleanse. I think I’d be CRANKY. Let us know if you do, it’d be fun to hear about it!! xx Natalie
i heart this blog
Moving to New York city is a great way to lose weight because you have to walk every where you go… also, it’s so expensive that you can’t afford food, so you don’t eat! 😉
