My mom taught me a nifty little trick this past weekend on how to make extra fancy guacamole. Simply whip up your favorite recipe (email me if you would like mine!)….
But instead of putting your “guac” in a bowl…
…make individual servings out of the left over avocado shells!
Makes me want to whip up some Skinny Girl margs and pull out those white jeans from the bottom of my drawer.
Happy first of March!
tip: SAVE THE SEED: placing the avocado seed in your guacamole keeps it fresh and delays that yucky, brown coloring. Moms sure do know best!

omg nicole, guac is seriously one of my faves!! i love this idea of using the skin as a bowl! and awesome tip.. i usually just scarf it all down so there’s no extra 😉
This looks great! It’s so creative how you put it back in the peel.
I love this! Great tip.
This looks amazing! Definitely going to try this during the summer with a Margarita to wash it down!

This looks so yummy! I will definitely give it a try the next time I make guac!

Yep, that’s a fabulous idea. So cute AND it will keep me from hogging all the guac (as I’m prone to doing). If I’m given an individual serving I can probably show a little restraint. A little.
