The show was a collaboration between The Art + Science Salon and The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. They showed this video, capturing what it’s like for someone with cystic fibrosis (seriously watch this when you have time). And another video on a hugely successful barber shop in Amsterdam. Men wait for 10 hours (yes, 10 hours!) just to get a haircut and shave here.

So how was your weekend? Mine is extending into tonight with my first Second City Food and Wine Club party this evening. It is an underground dinner and wine tasting, hosted by a secret michelin star chef and sommelier, at an undisclosed location in the city. So mysterious right? Can’t wait to fill you in.
