Chicago You’re Invited! #CFSTHINKPINK

Anything that mixes Laurent-Perrier champagne, fashion and an AMAZING cause has my name all over it. And naturally I have to share these things with you fine folks or I wouldn’t be here.

I would just love it if you would join me and 14 other amazing bloggers (that I really look up to!) in raising awareness for breast cancer research at the third annual Think Pink fundraiser for The Lynn Sage Foundation at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails while Chicago’s top bloggers walk the runway in Nicole Miller’s Fall/Winter 2014 collection styled by Janet Lee Mandell of Fashionaholic. There will be  a pink carpet and yours truly will be falling walking down the runway. You guys, I am so nervous! Eeeeek!

There is no ticket purchase or RSVP needed. Just a simple $20 suggested donation upon arrival.
However guests who donate $50 and up will get the opportunity to have a front row seat for the fashion show.

I cannot believe October is in less than a week, which means Breast Cancer awareness month! This topic actually speaks a lot to me as both my mom and mother-in-law are breast cancer survivors. It’s Real. Scary. And unfortunately affects so many women. If you cannot attend but still want to help, you can always make an online donation here

This Nicole Miller number is actually a different dress than what I will be wearing Thursday. You didn’t think I would giveaway the goods did you?! But I fell in love with it while fitting in next Thursday’s garment. The gold metallic details make it perfect for the holidays and New Year’s don’t you think? I will however be sporting my favorite dressed-up Tory Burch wedges (similar here) to prevent any slip ups and easy (but fun!) gold studs. Always keeping it practical over here.

I really hope you all can make it. I promise it will be worth your while and so much fun. Plus donating to a great cause makes you feel so tingly and good inside. That’s what life is all about. Happy Thursday and see you on the catwalk next week!
