Fork To Fashion: Tippling Hall | Vol. 4

fork-to-fashion-Tippling-Hall

Fork To Fashion is a series of outfits inspired by restaurants right here in Chicago. Not only do these apparels mimic the decor, but they fit the dress code as well. Today’s Fork To Fashion includes a new restaurant and bar that I have been waiting to open ever so patiently, Tippling Hall.

Opening its doors just a few weeks ago, Tippling is owned by the same restaurant group as Mercadito (one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the city). Located in River North’s Art District, the menu focuses on comfort food favorites such as duck confit empanadas, beer cheese fondue bar snacks, burgers and chicken pot pie. YUM. And to accompany these delicious entrees are your craft beers and “Big Ass Bloody Mary’s”.

Speaking of comfort…a slouchy, chic look is ideal for this new establishment given it’s casual, upscale ambiance. These black, Vans slip ons are so hot right now and glorified leggings leave plenty of room for a chicken pot pie and a couple 312’s. The oversized sweater trend is not going anywhere with dropping temps. Add a textured coatleopard bag (want. need. love.) and a touch of sparkle and you will be ready to rumble. I have a feeling this place makes for a great happy hour and brunch spot that could easily turn into the wee hours of the morning. It stays open until 5 AM on weekends!

I am dying to check this place out ASAP. Have you been to Tippling Hall? If so, give us the deets below.
