I’m getting handy today with some organizational tips. Gladiator to the rescue!
Moving from Chicago to the ‘burbs, we couldn’t wait for more space. But after transitioning from a condo to a house, you’ll quickly realize space doesn’t solve your problems – it needs to function.
In the city, we had a tight parking spot and tiny cage for storage. Now we have a a glorious garage! When we moved in, anything that didn’t have a spot in the house, got tossed in the garage. If you’re a city dweller, you’ll understand clutter-free closets and under beds are a luxury. So we were ecstatic to have a well-organized home.
But our plan backfired. The next thing we knew, our garage was a MESS. Piles of stuff were everywhere and they kept growing. {Keep reading to see what I’m talking about!} Clutter equaled more clutter.
So what’s the big deal with a messy garage? I believe we are creatures of our environment. If your living quarters are a mess, so is your mindset. With your garage being the main entrance to your home, it can take a toll on you without realizing it. Every time we pulled in, I felt stressed stepping over the mower, kicking the cooler out of the way, etc.

Not only is the storage unit fast and easy to assemble, it doesn’t require ANY tools. This puppy can support up to 1,800 lbs., so there’s nothing it can’t handle.
