A very well known food blogger once told me…

“you should never choose wine by it’s label”

Sure! You shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover. But let’s get real. Sometimes we all enjoy the packaging just as much as what’s inside. Presentation is important. Especially when entertaining. It sets the tone for your party and gets gets guests excited as soon as they walk in the door.

So we can all have good taste and style, below are the Top ELEVEN Rosé Wines with the Prettiest Labels.

Note: this is for still Rosé only, not sparkling. Because that’s a whole other category in itself.

READ THIS FIRST – 9 MUST KNOW TIPS FOR DRINKING ROSÉ

Before we get to the list, here are a few tips to keep in mind when ordering or drinking summer’s best drink!

  1. Most people think rosé is sweet because of the blush hue. This couldn’t be further from the truth! Rosé can taste just like white wine. But don’t get me wrong, there are very sweet rosés out there. Just like there are very sweet white wines. So know your stuff.
  2. If you prefer lighter tasting wines, here’s a tip! Always get rosé from Provence, France. This region is known for they’re very pale pink color and taste. If you’re at a restaurant and a Provence rosé isn’t available, your next best option is to get any rosé from France.
  3. If you like something bolder, order a rosé from Spain or California. They’re typically spicier, robust and darker in color.
  4. Moscatos always make wine menus and are VERY sweet. FYI – Moscatos can be rosé, sparkling and white. Just a good tip to know!
  5. Just like clothes, certain wines are trending BIG TIME. These are what you’ll see at high end restaurants, night clubs and beach clubs. I’ve marked the “trendiest wines” below with an asterisk (*) below. I LOVE to bringing these to parties or as hostess gifts. It shows you’re in the know and makes them feel special!
  6. For the best wine prices, ALWAYS BUY your wine mid-week. Grocers and liquor stores raise their prices on the weekend.
  7. May 25th is National Drink Wine Day!
  8. When drinking Rosé, I always suggest matching your outfit with your wine. Gal Meets Glam dresses always fits the bill too! Easy, breezy and light, just like Rosé.
