Rosé, popsicles, and sunshine are all you need for the perfect summer. I combined these three ingredients to create Rosé Popsicle Cocktails. It’s a drink everyone will love, especially on a patio, rooftop or boat!
The next time you host or go to a party, bust out a rosé popsicle cocktail and you’ll look like Martha Stewart. Are you ready to experience the EASIEST and most stylish summer cocktail EVER? Scroll below to get this two ingredient cocktail!
What Makes These Cocktails So Great?
Not only is this drink just two ingredients, but it’s a crowd pleaser. I love how you can make them in under ninety seconds flat too. Which means you can spend more time mingling. When I don’t know anyone at a party, I especially love bringing something fun like this. These colorful and unique drinks, break the ice and makes you stand out. Which gives people a reason to come up and chat with you!
Now here’s the cool thing! Literally. The popsicles keep the rosé ice cold and you can use different flavors for an extra splash of color. Any popsicles will do and for this round, I used an assortment of 90+ Cellars rosés. Which are on my famous list of the Top 11 Rosé Wines With The Prettiest Labels.
For the Ultimate Presentation
Serve your rosé popsicle cocktails on a white tray {or plate, like I did here} so the colors really pop! And I couldn’t resist placing them on ‘Yes Way Rosé’ linen cocktail napkins. As they say, the devil’s in the details and they make the perfect touch.
Cheers ladies!
Rosé Popsicle Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- Rosé wine (I’m using 90+ here!)
- Any popsicles from your local grocer
Instructions
- Place popsicles in glasses right before serving {strawberry is my favorite flavor!}
- Pour rosé over popsicles
- Optional: garnish with edible flowers for an extra touch {I found mine at Whole Foods}
That’s it! See I told you it was easy. The sweetness of the popsicles balance out the boldness of the rosé. It’s almost like sangria but way more fun!
