You. Guys. The first day of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale was nuts. And all I can say is thank the lord it’s over! Arin and I hit up the sale this morning and shot our looks all day. This took 8 hours!

You may not think of a red coat as a basic, but it secretly goes with everything! Not to mention it’s quite the show stopper. Here it’s styled with tans and blues but below you’ll see it with grays and blacks! It also is adorable with green, pink and so much more.
I always say leopard flats go with everything too. It’s considered a neutral and EVEN goes with navy, as shown here. This camel skirt is one of my FAVORITES from the sale too. It would be darling with a chambray button down, any color sweater, white t-shirt and so much more.

A comfy, long sweater always looks nice and the best go to when you have zero energy to but an outfit together. When I go on a trip, I love wearing long sweaters with leggings as ‘cute pajamas/lounge wear’.

This striped t-shirt is a fall essential, especially for layering! You can see I tucked it on the left but tied it on the right. Both techniques help nip your waist! This cardigan is a splurge but you’ll literally wear it forever. The best thing about cardigans is no matter how much weight you loose or gain, it always fits! Haha.

Just a bunch of repeats from above! See how versatile everything is? I just tucked the front side of the gray sweater above into my jeans. I love mixing up tucking and untucking because one top can look like two different things!

Honestly, this photo doesn’t do this dress justice. It’s REALLY flattering in person and ONLY $31!!! Since it’s short sleeves you can wear it both for Summer AND Fall. Also, you can’t see it but, this trench comes with a built in vest that you can remove and wear on it’s own. And these slides are so chic I can’t even stand it!
