While this tablescape started with fancy candles and matches from Agora Gifts, it began with a story that will stop you in your tracks.
A Special Story – Meet Linda of Agora Gifts
Linda, the owner of Agora Gifts, has ALS. She can’t walk or talk. Despite these hurdles, she hasn’t let it stop her from doing awesome things.
While self isolating for three years during the pandemic, she watched YouTube videos. These inspired her to start a small business to keep her mind sharp and occupied. She finds joy in creativity and giving back, which is how Agora Gifts was born!
She donates 10% of all purchases to charity and is the creative head of the business. She communicates with the factories; sources new products; creates the packaging; works with graphic designers and more! Her children help with the packaging, shipping, photos and social media.
While we’ve only messaged via Instagram, Linda, your story and perseverance has touched my soul.
The beeswax candles are non-toxic, don’t drip and burn for 2.5 hours (dinner party perfect). I love the Apothecary glass jar filled with matches (aren’t they FUN?!) and allllllll of her other gift ideas.

A portion of your purchase will be donated to The Muscular Dystrophy Association, The Autistic Self Advocacy Network or to various Cancer Organizations for research and support.
Personalize Your Table
The Preppy Stitch is an online monogram shop but especially known for their “napkin twillies” to use in lieu of napkin rings.
They’ve been featured in several publications and absolutely stunning! They are also responsible for these intricate cocktail napkins. Each one adds a beautiful personalization and one of a kind feature to your table.
Something Old
I always, always include something old – whether it be a room in my house or an outfit. It tells a story or sparks a memory. This goes for my tablescapes too!
These painted glasses used to be my Grandma Jane’s and I miss her dearly. So don’t forget to rummage around in the back of your cabinets or bust out your wedding china. That’s where the good stuff is.
What are you doing for Easter? We are with Sean’s side and can’t wait! P.S. Chloe will be matching her big sister’s dress and cardigan shown here for the big egg hunt!
